FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS/VIDEO TO YOU?

  • FACEBOOK: Simply create a photo album that has only the pictures you want in your video. We save the photos and work with them on our end. When finished your video, we delete the photos.

 

  • EMAIL: Use a provider like Google Drive, Dropbox or similar. We provide an email address where you can send all of your items.

 

  • MAIL: Snail mail us a flash drive that contains the pics for your video.

 

WHAT IF MY PHOTOS NEED TO BE SCANNED? DO YOU ACCEPT THEM VIA MAIL?

We do accept packages of photos via mail, but cannot be responsible if they fail to reach us. Shipping fees to return them to you will be included in your video production costs.

 

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE PHOTOS TO ADD TO THE VIDEO?
Choose pictures that tell a story or show your loved one(s) during specific times in their life.

You may want to ask family and friends to gather pictures too.

CAN I ADD VIDEO CLIPS TO MY PRODUCTION?
Yes - we can include video clips. We can also edit them if needed (brightness, cropping).
You can also add photos of memorabilia that helps to tell the story (ie: favourite flower gardens)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY VIDEO PRODUCTION?
We ask that you give us 4-5 days to complete your order. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.

HOW DO I GET MY VIDEO PRODUCTION WHEN IT IS READY?
We email it to you - it's that easy! You can then make as may copies as you like, share it with family & friends and upload to your social media platforms. If you do not have email, we can send your video via snail mail on a flashdrive or DVD for a fee.

HOW LONG SHOULD A FUNERAL SERVICE VIDEO BE?

A 10-15 minute video is the average length. You can decide based on music and photos how long you'd like your video to be.

 

CAN YOU SEND MY FUNERAL VIDEO DIRECTLY TO A FUNERAL HOME ON MY BEHALF?

We can send the downloadable link to anyone you would like, including the funeral home in charge of arrangements.
